Cold Case Spotlight – Nacomie Freeman

On Thursday, June 24, 2004, Nacomie Freeman, 24, was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the stomach in the 1600 block of W. Denton Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. Witnesses stated that Nacomie had been pushed out of dark colored truck and left for dead. Detectives have some leads but need the public to come forward to solve this case and bring justice to Nacomie and her family.

Cold Case Spotlight – Michael Watkins

Michael Watkins is described, by those who knew and loved him, as “work-aholic” with “no enemies” but on December 8, 2009 he was the victim of a still unsolved murder. Michael called police on that Tuesday evening to say he’d been attacked while working late at BJ’s Novelty on Arcade Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky. When LMPD arrived on the scene Michael was found in the building he worked with a stab wound to the neck.

Cold Case Spotlight – Robert (Bob) Levey

On June 25, 2013, around 11:00pm, residents in the Englewood area of Jacksonville, Florida began calling 911 to report a house fire on Mimosa Drive. Inside the charred home investigators found the body of 83-year-old Robert James (Bob) Levey. Detectives have not released the cause of death but described Bob’s death as a “brutal murder”. The fire was intentionally set to destroy evidence and cover up the murder.
